Sorry about the flood of stuff.  A friend linked this page as my art website and I realized quickly that I was VERY out of the loop with uploads. I'm still on the fence as to whether or not I'll stay here.  I STILL don't like the way DA browses and I'm STILL not used to it.  But I'll have to stay here till I can get a website going. Back to the art school grind...

I've been following @aplacetobark on twitter for over a year now. It's a budding no-kill shelter in Tennessee run basically by one woman who is also an artist. I hope to do a bunch of small paintings, drawings, or gouache resist pieces to donate. I really hope other people here can follow suit. I don't really use DA anymore.  I don't even really browse here on a regular basis.  I'll peruse the website maaaaaybe once a week. I don't like the layout of this website at ALL.  The newest version is cumbersome and annoying to browse for ANY length of time. DA kinda shot itself in the foot with this one.
